B-Legal Estate Planning Cancellation Policy

At B-Legal, we understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure that our clients have flexibility. Our cancellation policy is designed with your convenience and peace of mind in mind.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel your agreement with B-Legal within 14 days from the date of your agreement. If you choose to cancel within this period, you will not be required to make any payment. Furthermore, if you have already made a payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

Cancellations After 14 Days

Should you decide to cancel your agreement with B-Legal after the 14-day cooling-off period, the following terms apply:

1.Before Commencement of Work: If we have not yet started compiling your estate planning documentation or incurred any disbursement fees based on your initial instructions, a fixed cancellation fee will be applied to cover administrative costs.

2.Completion of Services: If we have completed all work as per your initial instructions, and the documentation has been issued, please note that no refunds will be issued. The initially agreed fees will be due.

3.Partial Completion of Services: In cases where our work is not fully completed as described in point 2, we will estimate the cost of the work undertaken up to the point of cancellation. We reserve the right to charge for this work, along with any disbursement costs incurred.
